O and M is for Om.  Perhaps you've noticed I skipped the letter O and M.  I'm exhausted this week from the chaos surrounding events at work. 

I did this post to remind me:  Breathe in, I am calm, Breathe out, I smile. 

It's funny how you can forget to breathe sometimes. 


  1. hopefully everything will calm down and you have an relaxing weekend to recharge!

  5. Oh Kyoti, it's not even funny how often I forget to breathe. I have generalized anxiety disorder, and I have to actually say out loud to myself "Breathe," sometimes, because I know I'm in such a stressful situation that I'm not.
